Maintenance of Lots. 71. The facilities and works required by section 70 shall be provided and maintained by the owner of each lot from time to time at such owner’s sole risk and expense and to the satisfaction of the Municipality; and, in default thereof, in addition to any other remedies which may be available to the Municipality, the provisions of Section 446 of the Xxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000 shall apply for the purpose of securing rectification of the default.
Maintenance of Lots. Bxxxx agrees to mow and maintain all Lots purchased by Bxxxx in a neat and clean condition and the requirements of the Declaration.
Maintenance of Lots. Each lessee shall be responsible for trimming of trees, care of boulevards, and maintenance and repair of sidewalks, both public or private, within the Lessee’s leased lot.
Maintenance of Lots. All lots, whether occupied or unoccupied, and all improvements placed thereon, shall at all times be maintained in a manner as to prevent their becoming unsightly, unsanitary, or a hazard to health. They may, of course, remain in their natural state. If not so maintained, the Association shall have the right, through its agents or employees, to rectify the offensive situations, and the cost of the undertaking shall be added to and become a part of the annual assessment to which a lot is subject. Neither the Association nor its agents, employees, or contractors shall be liable for any damage that may result from the performance of any services herein authorized.
Maintenance of Lots. 7.1 The Buyer shall not allow any rubbish including site excavations and building materials to accumulate on the lot or allow excessive growth of grass or weeds upon the lot. The Buyer shall not place any rubbish including site excavations and building materials on adjoining land or in any waterway. The Seller or its Agents may enter upon and have access over the lot at any time without creating liability for trespass or otherwise to maintain, slash or mow the lot with no obligation and in consideration for the Seller so doing, the Buyer shall pay to the Seller the sum of up to Five Hundred dollars ($500.00) upon presentation of an invoice.
Maintenance of Lots. Seller agrees to maintain and mow all Lots not yet closed by Purchaser.
