Maintenance of Lots. 71. The facilities and works required by section 70 shall be provided and maintained by the owner of each lot from time to time at such owner’s sole risk and expense and to the satisfaction of the Municipality; and, in default thereof, in addition to any other remedies which may be available to the Municipality, the provisions of Section 446 of the Xxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000 shall apply for the purpose of securing rectification of the default.

Maintenance of Lots. Bxxxx agrees to mow and maintain all Lots purchased by Bxxxx in a neat and clean condition and the requirements of the Declaration.
