Longevity Salary Credit. 1. Beginning with the 16th year through the completion of the 20th year of credited teaching service, teachers shall receive, in addition to their annual salaries, a $350 longevity salary credit in each school year from July 1, 2002. Credited teaching service will be as verified by the New York State Teachers’ Retirement System. This longevity salary credit shall be effective July 1, 2002 and all negotiating unit members as of that date who have completed the requisite fifteen (15) years of service shall be granted the $350 salary credit upon application.

  • Current Salary Level An employee who accepts another position with his or her current salary range will retain his or her current salary.
