Annual Salaries. 19.01 The Association agrees to pay and the Union agrees to accept for the terms of this Agreement, the salaries as set forth with the attached.
Annual Salaries. 6.8.1 Interaction between this Clause and Clause 1.6 (Individual Flexibility Term). This clause is an extension of and an addendum to the operation of clause 1.6 (Individual Flexibility Term).
Annual Salaries. The salaries for employees covered by this Agreement are set forth on Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated into this Agreement. The salary levels established in Schedule A are based upon employment and work on a full day's schedule for a full school year. A teacher who works less than a full school year shall receive a prorata salary determined by the ratio of the number of days employed to the number of days required for a full school year. A teacher who works less than a full day's schedule shall receive a prorata salary determined by the ratio of the number of hours worked to the number of hours in a full day's schedule.
Annual Salaries. 4.7.1 Teachers, nurses, therapists, librarians and counselors: Teachers, nurses, therapists, librarians and counselors shall be paid according to the basic salary schedule. (See addendum I – Basic Salary Schedule). The salary schedule for 2015-2018 Contract shall be improved as follows: 5% increase to the “2013-2015 Basic Salary Schedule” (see Addendum I)
Annual Salaries. A. All employees will be paid on the basis of the State-Wide Salary Schedule. Placement thereon will be based on criteria established by State law, WACs, and as may be further specified in the annual SPI reporting guidelines for the S-275 report.
Annual Salaries. Part-time and Full-time Employees will be paid an annual salary to reflect the hours of work that the Employee is anticipated to work over the course of each calendar year.
Annual Salaries a. Members shall be paid on the P-XXXX schedule attached as Appendix A in 2019-2020. The resulting base salary shall be: 2019-2020: $39,435.83

The following annual salaries shall be effective beginning the first pay period beginning on or after the dates indicated: Lieutenant and ECO Manager Captain 2019 Salaries: December 31, 2018 $98,608 $110,026 2020 Salaries: December 30, 2019 $101,073 $112,776 2021 Salaries: December 28, 2020 $103,600 $115,596 For annual pay increases, if January 1 falls in the first week of the pay period, then the pay increase will take effect on the first day of the pay period on which January 1 falls or, if January 1 falls in the second week of the pay period, then the pay increase will take effect on the first day of the following pay period. If this Agreement is not reopened under Section 17.2 the 2022 salary rates will be increased 2% for 2022 and an additional 2% for 2023, on the dates determined under this Section.
Annual Salaries. The wages for calculating annual salaries for Unit IV employees covered by this agreement for July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022 (FY2021 – FY2022) are as follows: • No step increase(s) for FY21. • All employees will receive a 3.04% Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA). • A reopener shall occur each year to determine COLA and step advancement The annual step advancement for eligible employees on the scale shall be a two-step increment between Step 1 to Step 16. The annual step advancement for eligible employees on the scale shall be a one-step increment between Step 17 to Step 25. An employee’s annual step advancement shall occur based upon the employee achieving a satisfactory performance evaluation. Salary Scales in the appendices are computed based on the following hours: • Central Office Secretarial/Clerical Technical 1820 hours/1040 hours • Repair Technicians 2080 hours • School 12-month Secretarial/Clerical/Technical 1734 hours/1032 hours • Teacher Assistants & Permanent Substitutes 1241.5 hours/620.75 hours • Technology Support Technicians I and II 1337 hours • Technology Support Technicians III 1820 hours Credits earned by teacher assistants and permanent substitutes in Board approved workshops may be utilized toward completion of the requirement for the Teacher Assistant Salary Scale for thirty (30) semester hours.
Annual Salaries. During the life of this agreement, the rates of pay contained in the Crown Melbourne Limited Enterprise Agreement 2013, will be increased as set out in Attachment A.
