Long-Term Contractors. Facilities Management ServicesAll contractors who provide an ongoing service(s) to Lilyford are defined as long term contractors/facilities management services. • They will be subject to the terms and conditions of these guidelines in all respects. • Lilyford will ensure that all appropriate risk assessments are made available to the contractor as required. • An induction training package will be provided to all new Long Term Contractors, for the purpose of training all of their staff who will be employed on site. • Contractors must liaise with the person managing their contract for Permit to Work instructions.

  • LONG TERM AGREEMENT If the Contractor is engaged by UNDP on the basis of a long-term agreement (“LTA”) as indicated in the Face Sheet of this Contract, the following conditions shall apply:

Any remaining allocation may be used in subsequent long term supply assignments, provided these occur within the same fiscal year. Employees employed in a Long Term Supply Assignment which is less than the ordinary period of employment for the position shall have their sick leave and short term disability allocations pro-rated accordingly. Where the length of the long term supply assignment is not known in advance, a projected length must be determined at the start of the assignment in order for the appropriate allocation of sick leave/short term disability leave to occur. If a change is made to the length of the assignment, an adjustment will be made to the allocation and applied retroactively.
