Location of Books and Chief Executive Office. Such Grantor will: (a) keep all Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor at the locations set forth in Schedule 4; and (b) give at least 15 days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent of any changes in any location where Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor are kept, including any change of name or address of any service bureau, computer or data processing company or other Person preparing or maintaining any such Books or collecting Rights to Payment for such Grantor.
Location of Books and Chief Executive Office. The Borrower will: (i) keep all Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment at the locations set forth in Schedule 1; and (ii) give at least 30 days' prior written notice to the Lender of (A) any changes in any such location where Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment are kept, including any change of name or address of any service bureau, computer or data processing company or other Person preparing or maintaining any Books or collecting Rights to Payment for the Borrower or (B) any changes in the location of the Borrower's chief executive office or principal place of business.
Location of Books and Chief Executive Office. The Company will: (A) keep all Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment at the locations set forth in Schedule 1; and (B) give at least 30 days’ prior written notice to Xxxx of (1) any changes in any such location where Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment are kept, including any change of name or address of any service bureau, computer or data processing company or other Person preparing or maintaining any Books or collecting Rights to Payment for the Company or (2) any changes in the location of the Company’s chief executive office or principal place of business.
Location of Books and Chief Executive Office. Grantor will: (i) keep all Books at Grantor’s chief executive office, principal place of business or other place where Grantor conducts business that is set forth in Schedule 1 (or specified in writing by the Grantor to the Administrative Agent after the date of this Agreement) and (ii) promptly notify the Administrative Agent of any changes in the location of Grantor’s chief executive office or principal place of business.
Location of Books and Chief Executive Office. Such Grantor will: (i) keep all Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor at the locations set forth in Schedule 1 (or at such other locations as may be disclosed in writing to the Administrative Agent pursuant to the following clause (ii)); and (ii) give at least 15 days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent of (A) any changes in any location where Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor are kept, including any change of name or address of any service bureau, computer or data processing company or other Person preparing or maintaining any such Books or collecting Rights to Payment for such Grantor or (B) any changes in the location of such Grantor’s chief executive office or principal place of business.

Each Pledgor will: (i) keep all books and records pertaining to the Pledged Collateral at the location set forth in Section 3(j); and (ii) give at least 15 days’ (or such shorter period as the Administrative Agent may agree in its sole discretion) prior written notice to the Administrative Agent of (A) any changes in any such location where books and records pertaining to the Pledged Collateral are kept, or (B) any change in the location of such Pledgor’s chief executive office or principal place of business.

The Guarantor will -------------------------------------------- give at least 30 days' prior written notice to the Agent of (A) any changes in any such location where Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment are kept, including any change of name or address of any service bureau, computer or data processing company or other Person preparing or maintaining Books or collecting material Rights to Payment for the Guarantor or (B) any change in the location of the Guarantor's chief executive office or principal place of business.

Each Grantor shall give at least 30 days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent of (i) any changes in any such location where Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment are kept, including any change of name or address of any service bureau, computer or data processing company or other Person preparing or maintaining any Books or collecting Rights to Payment for such Grantor or (ii) any changes in the location of such Grantor’s chief executive office or principal place of business.

Location of Books and Chief Executive Office. Such Grantor will: (a) keep all Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor at the locations set forth in Schedule 4 or at such other locations within the U.S. (or, if reasonably agreed by the Collateral Agent, outside the U.S.) as may be disclosed in writing to the Collateral Agent pursuant to clause (b); and (b) give written notice to the Collateral Agent within 5 Business Days of any changes in any location where Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor are kept, including any change of name or address of any service bureau, computer or data processing company or other Person preparing or maintaining any such Books or collecting Rights to Payment for such Grantor.
