Examples of Rights to Payment in a sentence
Unless and until an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing and the Administrative Agent has given prior written notice to the relevant Grantor of the Administrative Agent’s intent to exercise its rights under this Section 6 to collect any Rights to Payment of any Grantor, each such Grantor shall endeavor in the first instance diligently to collect all amounts due or to become due on or with respect to the Rights to Payment held by such Grantor consistent with its past business practices.
All physical Books pertaining to the Rights to Payment of such Grantor are kept at such Grantor’s chief executive office, principal place of business or place where such Grantor conducts business, such other locations set forth in Schedule 1 or such other locations as such Grantor may notify the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 5(d).
Such Grantor will: (i) keep all Books pertaining to the Collateral constituting Rights to Payment of such Grantor at such Grantor’s chief executive office, principal place of business, place where such Grantor conducts business or such other location provided in Schedule 1, and (ii) promptly notify the Administrative Agent of any changes in the location of such Grantor’s chief executive office or principal place of business.
