Change of Name or Address. You agree to promptly notify us in writing if you change your name, home address, or mailing address. Until you notify us of updated information, we can send statements, notices and other communications to the name and address in our records, and they will be deemed effectively delivered for all purposes. If your mailing address appears to no longer be valid (e.g., mail is returned undelivered), you agree that we can suspend mailing your statements, notices, and other communications until a valid address is received from you.
