TEMPORARY CHANGE OF HEADQUARTERS. 1. The Agency may assign Power System employees to temporary work headquarters at the Hell Hole dormitory throughout the duration of work assignments that are most efficiently and economically accomplished with this change of headquarters location.

TEMPORARY CHANGE OF HEADQUARTERS. If an employee is required to leave such employee's regular headquarters and report to a temporary headquarters the travel time involved shall be considered as time worked. If an employee is required to report directly from the employee's living quarters to a temporary headquarters, the employee shall be paid for the amount of travel time involved which is in excess of the time normally taken in traveling from the employee's living quarters to the employee's regular headquarters. If an employee is required to leave a temporary headquarters and return to such employee's regular headquarters the travel time involved shall be considered as time worked. If an employee goes directly from a temporary headquarters to his/her living quarters, the employee shall be paid for the amount of travel time involved which is in excess of the time normally taken in traveling from such employee's regular headquarters to his/her living quarters. The provisions of Section 15.2 shall apply to the use of an employee's personal vehicle. (Amended 1-1-88)

If you are temporarily assigned a change of work headquarters, the District will assure that you have appropriate lodging, meals, travel time, and transportation or mileage reimbursement to enable you to maintain your expected level of performance and to minimize any disruption to your customary standard of living.

  • Temporary Schedule Changes Overtime-eligible employees’ workweeks and/or work schedules may be temporarily changed with prior notice from the Employer.   • Temporary Positions A) The Employer may create regular temporary positions for vacation relief for more than one (1) incumbent for up to six (6) months duration.

  • Temporary Layoffs A. The Employer may initiate a temporary layoff for up to twelve (12) working days per fiscal year. Employees will be given thirty (30) days’ notice before the effective date of a temporary layoff. Employees may request alternative temporary layoff days from their manager or supervisor and any requests will be considered and approved or denied in writing.

  • Temporary Position A temporary position may be established by the employer to provide alternative work for an employee pending an expected suitable vacancy. If the vacancy does not eventuate then the surplus staff provisions will apply.
