Transfer Agent shall at all times use reasonable care in performing Internet Services under this Agreement.
Network 2.7.1 DCH will provide to the Contractor up-to-date changes to the State’s list of excluded Providers, as well as any additional information that will affect the Contractor’s Provider network.
End Users LICENSEE agrees to require all direct recipients of Licensed Products to whom Licensed Products are sold, leased, or otherwise disposed of by LICENSEE or its sublicensees, to look only to LICENSEE and not to LICENSOR or its affiliates for any claims, warranties, or liability relating to such Licensed Products. Directory The bulletin board or directory of the Building will be provided exclusively for the display of the name and location of tenants and Landlord reserves the right to exclude any other names therefrom.
