Limit of Appropriation. 4.1 Consultant clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of three hundred thousand dollars and no/100 ($300,000.00), specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur.
Limit of Appropriation. A. Contractor clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of $233,520.00 specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur.
Limit of Appropriation. 3.04.1 The City’s duty to pay money to Contractor under this Agreement is limited in its entirety by the provisions of this Section.

Engineer recognizes that under certain provisions of the Charter of the City of Houston, the City may not obligate itself by contract to an extent in excess of an amount appropriated by the City Council and further recognizes that only $«basicappro» has been appropriated and budgeted by City Council to pay the Cost of Basic Services hereunder and that only $«addappro» has been appropriated and budgeted by the City Council to pay the cost of Additional Services hereunder for a total amount of $«totalappro».

Xxxxx to the execution of this Agreement, the City has been advised by the County, and the City clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence to this Agreement, that the County shall have available the total maximum amount of $2,093,355.00 or any available amount under other applicable categories of allotments reflected in the Detailed Budget as determined by the County Auditor, specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities that may be incurred by the County under this Agreement.
Limit of Appropriation. ImageSoft clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of One Hundred Thirty- Four Thousand, Two Hundred Forty-Eight and 21/100 ($134,248.21), specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur. ImageSoft does further understand and agree, said understanding and agreement also being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that the total maximum compensation that ImageSoft may become entitled to and the total maximum sum that County may become liable to pay to ImageSoft shall not under any conditions, circumstances, or interpretations thereof exceed One Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand, Two Hundred Forty-Eight and 21/100 ($134,248.21).
