Contractor clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of One Hundred Forty-six Thousand Eight Hundred Two dollars and 00/100 cents ($100,000.00 146,802.00) for the three-year term, specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur.

Contractor clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of One Hundred Eighty-One Thousand Fifty-Six and 37/100 dollars ($100,000.00 181,056.37), specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur.

A. 4.1 Contractor clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of thirty-five thousand five hundred dollars and no/100 ($100,000.00 35,500.00) specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur.

Contractor clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of Three Hundred Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred dollars and 00/100 cents ($100,000.00 319,200.00), specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur.

A. 4.1 Contractor clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of five hundred seventy-nine thousand four hundred forty-five dollars and no/100 ($100,000.00 579,445.00) specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur.

Contractor clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of $100,000.00 certified as available by the County Auditor, specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur.

Contractor clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of $100,000.00 74,950.00 specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur.

A. 4.1 Contractor clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of seven hundred seventy-one thousand six hundred eighty-seven dollars and no/100 ($100,000.00 771,687.00) specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur.
