LICENSES, PERMITS, REGISTRATIONS, ACCREDITATION, AND CERTIFICATES. Contractor shall obtain and maintain in effect during the Term all licenses, permits, registrations, accreditation, and certificates required by all Federal, State, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations, which are applicable to Contractor’s services under the Agreement. Contractor shall further ensure that all of its officers, employees, and agents who perform services hereunder, shall obtain and maintain in effect during the Term of this Agreement all licenses, permits, registrations, accreditation, and certificates which are applicable to their performance hereunder.   • Business Licenses, Permits, and Certificates The Contractor represents and warrants that all employees and personnel associated shall comply with federal, state, and local laws requiring any required licenses, permits, and certificates necessary to perform the Services under this Agreement.

  • Certificates/Permits/Licenses Consultant and all Consultant's employees or agents shall secure and maintain in force such certificates, permits and licenses as are required by law in connection with the furnishing of Services pursuant to this Agreement.

For each Term of this Agreement, Concessionaire shall obtain, pay for, maintain, and comply with all licenses, permits, certifications, authorizations, approvals, or any other documents required by all applicable government agency having jurisdiction over the Concession Premises or the conduct of Concessionaire's operations thereon. Such services shall also be performed in accordance with all applicable ordinances and regulations, including, but not limited to, appropriate licensure, certification regulations, provisions pertaining to confidentiality of records, and applicable quality assurance regulations. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this agreement and State, Federal, County, or municipal law or regulations, the requirements of the applicable law will take precedence over the requirements set forth in this Agreement. Contractor will timely and accurately complete, sign, and submit all necessary documentation of compliance.

  • Licenses, Permits, Fees and Assessments Consultant shall obtain at its sole cost and expense such licenses, permits and approvals as may be required by law for the performance of the services required by this Agreement. Consultant shall have the sole obligation to pay for any fees, assessments and taxes, plus applicable penalties and interest, which may be imposed by law and arise from or are necessary for the Consultant’s performance of the services required by this Agreement, and shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless City, its officers, employees or agents of City, against any such fees, assessments, taxes, penalties or interest levied, assessed or imposed against City hereunder.
