Licenses, Permits and Certificates. Professional Business Manager and the Practice shall each obtain and maintain in effect, at all times during the term of this Professional Business Management Agreement, all licenses, permits and certificates required by law which are applicable to the performance of their respective obligations pursuant to this Professional Business Management Agreement.
