Certificates Required. All certificates required by this Agreement shall be sent directly to the City and County of Denver, Department of Aviation, Denver International Airport, Concessions Management Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxx 0000, 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Denver, Colorado 80249. City’s Contract control number for this Agreement shall be noted on each certificate of insurance. Certificates evidencing the existence of the policies, in such form as City may require, shall be delivered to City prior to the Shell Space Turn Over Date. Upon written request, Concessionaire agrees to furnish City, at any time thereafter during the Term, the original or a certified copy of said policy or policies.
Certificates Required. Concessionaire shall furnish the City and County of Denver with certificates of insurance (XXXXX form or equivalent approved by the City) as required by this Agreement. The certificate of insurance for each policy is to be signed by a person authorized by the insurer to bind coverage on its behalf. All certificates and any required endorsements are to be received and approved by the City and each insurance policy required by this Agreement must be in effect at or prior to the Target Possession Date (or date of actual possession, if earlier). Any renewal certificate shall be delivered to the Airport Concessions Management Section at least 10 days prior to a policy's expiration date, except for any policy expiring after the Expiration Date of this Agreement or any extension thereof. The City reserves the right to require and Concessionaire agrees to deliver upon request at any time, complete, certified copies of all insurance policies required by this Agreement. Certificates evidencing the existence of the policies, in such form as the Manager may require, shall be delivered to the Airport Concessions Management Section prior to the Target Possession Date. Upon written request by the Manager, Concessionaire agrees to furnish to Airport Concessions Management Section at any time thereafter during the Term (or any extended term) of this Agreement the original or a certified copy of said policy or policies.

Certificates Required. At least sixty (60) days prior to the date set for the commencement of construction and annually upon renewal or otherwise in accordance with the terms of the relevant insurance policies, the Generator shall provide for EGAT's review and approval evidence of the insurance required by Section 22.1 in a form acceptable to EGAT. The Generator shall also provide EGAT with copies of the receipts appropriate to the annual premiums in respect of the insurance coverages and endorsements. Failure of the Generator to obtain the insurance coverages required by this Section 22 or to provide EGAT with the certificates or copies of receipts, shall in no way relieve the Generator of the insurance requirements of this Section 22 or limit the Generator's obligations and liabilities under any provision of this Agreement.
