Licenses and Accreditations. When it is a requirement of a position for an employee to have a license (e.g. driver’s license, security license) or an accreditation to perform the duties of the position, it is the Employee’s responsibility to maintain such license or accreditation and to notify OCH immediately of any suspension or loss.

Licenses and Accreditations. The County will reimburse or otherwise pay the cost of securing and maintaining accreditation and/or state-certified licenses according to the following chart:
Licenses and Accreditations. To Sellers' Knowledge, based solely on the lack of receipt of written notices addressed to Sellers' Office to the contrary, there is not currently pending or threatened (a) any action or proceeding to revoke, withdraw or suspend any of the Property Licenses or (b) any judicial or administrative agency judgment or decision not to renew any of the Property Licenses. As used herein, the term "Property Licenses" shall mean all local, state and federal licenses and Medicare and Medicaid accreditations necessary to operate the Facilities.
Licenses and Accreditations. Sellers hold all Permits required to be held by them to own, occupy and operate the Seller Facilities as they are currently being operated. Schedule 3.5 sets forth a list of such Permits, copies of which have been made available to Buyers, and all of which are valid and in full force and effect. All of such Permits are valid, binding and in full force and effect. Schedule 3.5 sets forth a list of any survey or inspection deficiencies of which a correction is in the process of being implemented. The Seller Facilities are duly accredited by The Joint Commission and Sellers have made available to Buyers complete and accurate copies of the most recent accreditation survey reports and lists of deficiencies, if any, from such accreditation agency(b) the most recent Statement and Deficiencies and Plan of Correction on Form CMS-2567 issued by CMS or the state survey agency on behalf of CMS for the Seller Facilities;
Licenses and Accreditations. As a commercial practice, the Contractor may be required to obtain/possess any variety of certifications, licenses and accreditations for specific FSC/service code classifications offered. All costs associated with obtaining/ possessing such certifications, licenses and accreditations should be factored into the price offered under the Multiple Award Schedule program.

  • Licensing and Accreditation (a) Each of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries has, except to the extent such failure to do so would not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect, to the extent applicable: (i) obtained (or been duly assigned) all required Governmental Approvals and certificates of need or determinations of need as required by the relevant state Governmental Authority for the acquisition, construction, expansion of, investment in or operation of its businesses and Facilities as currently operated; (ii) obtained and maintains in good standing all Governmental Approvals and Healthcare Permits; (iii) obtained and maintains accreditation from all generally recognized accrediting agencies where required by applicable Law or necessary for reimbursement by any applicable Medical Reimbursement Program; (iv) entered into and maintains in good standing its Medicare Provider Agreements and, to the extent applicable, Medicaid Provider Agreements; and (v) ensured that all such Healthcare Permits are in full force and effect on the date hereof and have not been revoked or suspended or otherwise limited (collectively, “Certificates, Licenses and Accreditation”). No event has occurred or other fact exists with respect to the Certificates, Licenses and Accreditation and Governmental Approvals that allows, or after notice or lapse of time or both, would allow, revocation, suspension, restriction, limitation or termination of any of the Certificates, Licenses and Accreditation and Governmental Approvals, except to the extent such failure to do so would not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect. No written notice from any Governmental Authority in respect to the revocation, suspension, restriction, limitation or termination of any material Certificates, Licenses and Accreditation and Governmental Approvals has been delivered or issued or, to the knowledge of the Loan Parties, threatened in writing, in any such case, that could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Licenses and Approvals Contractor shall obtain and keep current all necessary licenses, approvals, permits and authorizations required by Applicable Laws to provide the Work. Contractor will be responsible for all fees and taxes associated with obtaining such licenses, approvals, permits and authorizations, and for any fines and penalties arising from its noncompliance with any Applicable Law.
