Licenses, Permits and Approvals means all certificates, licenses (including, without limitation, any and all liquor licenses for the Hotels, if any), permits, authorizations and approvals issued for or with respect to the Personal Property or the Real Property by governmental and quasi-governmental authorities having jurisdiction, to the extent transferable.
