License from DCI. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, DCI grants to Purchaser, and Purchaser hereby accepts, a limited, terminable, revocable, nontransferable, nonexclusive, nonsublicenseable license to access and use (only as provided in this Section 1) the Report, only in accordance with this Agreement. Nothing in this license is intended to reduce, limit, or restrict any rights arising from fair use under copyright law or other applicable laws.

  • Work from Home The following applies when a Producer requires an employee to work remotely from home:

  • Release from Contract An employee under contract shall be released from the obligations of the contract upon request under the following conditions:

  • Release from Duty When the best interest of the County requires the immediate removal of the employee from his/her position, any employee may be released from regularly assigned duties with pay and benefits by the Department Head for a period not to exceed eighty (80) working hours upon the approval of the Personnel Director. Upon showing of good cause by the appointing authority, such release from duty may be extended up to an additional eighty (80) work hours by the Personnel Director.

  • Protection of Site from encroachments During the Concession Period, the Concessionaire shall protect the Site from any and all occupations, encroachments or Encumbrances, and shall not place or create nor permit any Contractor or other person claiming through or under the Concessionaire to place or create any Encumbrance or security interest over all or any part of the Site or the Project Assets, or on any rights of the Concessionaire therein or under this Agreement, save and except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Agreement.

  • Independence from Material Breach Determination Except as set forth in Section X.D.1.c, these provisions for payment of Stipulated Penalties shall not affect or otherwise set a standard for OIG’s decision that CHSI has materially breached this CIA, which decision shall be made at OIG’s discretion and shall be governed by the provisions in Section X.D, below.
