Corporate License. This license allows for use of the report by an unlimited number of employees within the same organization or enterprise worldwide as the purchaser identified in the upper left corner of this page. Each of the employees within this organization or enterprise may use the report on any computer, and may print out the report, but may not share the report with any other person or persons outside the enterprise or organization.
Corporate License. You may not acquire a Corporate License unless You are a company or a corporation. If You acquire a Corporate License from Xxxxxxxxx Electric, the media on which the Software Product is provided to You shall be configured so that it can only be used to operate the Software Product under a Corporate License; said media shall expressly mention the name of Your company, corporation or Group of Companies as being the licensee of a Corporate License on said Software Product. The media containing the Software Product shall be provided to You separately from the license file necessary to activate said Software Product; said license file shall be configured so that it can only activate said Software Product under a Corporate License. If and when acquiring a Corporate License, You acquire a concurrent use license under the following limits: - You may install the Software Product for use by Authorized Users from and to the Sites only; - Any use of a Software Product licensed to You under a Corporate License is strictly prohibited by any person who or which is not an Authorized User, and from or to a location which does not qualify as a Site as defined hereunder. If and when acquiring a Corporate License, it is agreed as an express deviation to Section 2.2 (i) of this XXXX, that: - You acquire the right to copy or reproduce the Software Product including the right to duplicate the media on which the Software Product is provided to You and the related license file; and - You acquire the right to permit the use of the Software Product by any company or corporation which is part of Your Group of Companies (as defined hereunder), in both cases, for the sole and restricted purpose of exercising the concurrent use license right granted to You under said Corporate License within the limits set forth hereinabove. This Appendix forms an integral part of this XXXX, and all terms and conditions of this XXXX which are not expressly deviated under this Appendix, shall apply to You in accordance with the foregoing in addition to the terms and conditions set forth in this Appendix. As used herein and for the purposes of Corporate Licenses only, the following terms shall have the following meaning: - the term ‘Group of Companies’ means any company or corporation:

Corporate License. (i) Customer may not acquire a Corporate License unless Customer is a company or a corporation.
Corporate License. The Corporate License is valid across all corporate sites and permits licensing from all users of the company, including all affiliates. With the Corporate License, it is possible to license the software on a B&R Automation PC, which is delivered with the machine, if it is ensured that only the service personnel of the machine and system builder have access to the software. Licensing is effected by an Internet connection. The Corporate License permits the commercial use of the software according to point 3.b). The license is valid for 365 days. The Corporate License must be terminated no later than 30 days before the end of the service period. If no termination is given in time, the Corporate License is automatically extended by 365 days (see item 7). The Corporate License includes the right to receive upgrades as well as telephone support for the functions of the software.
Corporate License. The Corporate (Enterprise) License allows a company to purchase and install the software at any Customer owned site within the United States or internationally as approved by MAS. For multiple site installations where multiple data bases are needed, each EM DB is to be individually registered for the number of users purchased for that Site DB and includes a license of Express Maintenance and Express Request software.
Corporate License. The Corporate Software License Agreement grants the User to install the software on any number of corporate computers without a limitation on the maximum Permitted Number of computers.
Corporate License. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, this license grants to Customer a non-transferable, non-exclusive personal right and license for the Customer and their consultants and subcontractors to use, copy and modify the Licensed Dataset for internal database development, to create Customer Works and Customer Derivative Works, for use in a Single Corporation (multiple US office) solely for use in the Licensed Field of Use for Multiple Programs. Does not include ability to resell or re-license the data outside of the single corporation entity.
Corporate License. Licensee may allow any number of individuals employed by Licensee, whether at the address identified above or another location, to access, store, display, and print one copy of the Work solely for Licensee’s internal business purposes. The Work may be accessed by and distributed to authorized users electronically or in hard copy form. Licensee may make the Work available over an internal network owned entirely by Licensee, provided that access and use is limited to employees of Licensee and no other entity.
Corporate License. If you are using the Materials under the control of a Corporate license, you may use the Materials within one corporation. IT2BE will provide you with a license code key and/or license files that enables the Materials for a Corporate license. The Corporate license grants you the right to use the Redistributables as a part of your solution limited to use within your corporation without any additional runtime fees. The Corporate license only grants you the right to expose the license code key and/or license files and the API to members of the development team. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary elsewhere in the agreement, the Corporate license does not grant you the right to distribute any portion of the Materials or make use of the Materials outside the corporation. If you obtained a time-limited Trial license, the duration (time period) of your license and your ability to use the Materials is limited to the time period of the obtained license, which is controlled by the license key code for the Materials. The Corporate license does not grant any individual to use and distribute any portion of the Materials other than in the manner provided above.
