LIABILITY COVERAGE BODILY INJURY LIABILITY PROPERTY DAMAGE LIABILITY. A. Insuring AgreementBodily Injury and Property Damage Coverage SAMPLE POLICY We will pay damages for bodily injury or property damage that any insured person is legally liable to pay as a result of an accident to which this coverage applies. We will defend an insured person against any covered suit or settle any claim or lawsuit as we deem appropriate. Subject to the limits of liability, damages we pay will include prejudgment interest awarded in a judgment against an insured person. Our duty to defend or settle any suit will end after we have exhausted the limits of liability through payment of judgments or settlements.

We have the exclusive right to defend an insured person against any covered suit, and we will defend an insured person against any covered suit or settle any claim or lawsuit as we deem appropriate. Subject to the limits of liability, damages we pay will include prejudgment interest awarded in a judgment against an insured person on the part of the judgment we pay. If we make an offer to pay our limit of liability, as stated on the Declarations Page, we will not pay any prejudgment interest based on that period of time after the award. Our duty to defend or settle any suit will end after we have exhausted the limits of liability through payment of judgments or settlements. We have no duty to defend any lawsuit or settle any claim for bodily injury or property damage not covered under this policy.

  • Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance A. During the term of this Agreement, Contractor shall at all times maintain, at its expense, the following coverages and requirements. The comprehensive general liability insurance shall include broad form property damage insurance.

  • Property Damages The User’s guests are required to respect all University property. • Guests may not remodel, alter, tamper with or move furniture, electrical or mechanical fixtures, or other University property. • The User agrees to refrain from the use of adhesives, nails, or items that may damage the premises. No decorations or temporary fixtures may be affixed to plants, trees, woodwork, buildings or any architectural feature with nails, tacks, staples, or any application that will cause irreversible damage to landscaping or structures. Duct tape and white masking tape are not permitted on any building, hardscape or lighting fixtures. Neither lights nor decorations may be placed on trees or plants. • Any outdoor signage must be reviewed and approved by University prior to installation. Stakes may not be placed deeper than 5 inches into the grass in order to protect sprinklers and other underground pipes. • Charges will be assessed on the Final Invoice for damages to buildings, furniture, lawns and/or equipment. The University will, to the best of its ability, try to document the names of guests when damages occur but cannot always obtain such information.

  • General Liability and Property Damage With respect to all operations performed under this Agreement, the Party shall carry general liability insurance having all major divisions of coverage including, but not limited to: Premises - Operations

  • Property Damage Lessee shall obtain and maintain insurance coverage on all of Lessee's personal property, Trade Fixtures, and Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations. Such insurance shall be full replacement cost coverage with a deductible of not to exceed $1,000 per occurrence. The proceeds from any such insurance shall be used by Lessee for the replacement of personal property, Trade Fixtures and Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations. Lessee shall provide Lessor with written evidence that such insurance is in force.

  • Products and Completed Operations Personal Injury Liability Contractual Liability The policy shall be on an occurrence form and limits shall not be less than: $1,000,000 Each Occurrence $2,000,000 General Aggregate $1,000,000 Products/Completed Operations Aggregate $1,000,000 Personal & Advertising Injury Automotive Liability: The Party shall carry automotive liability insurance covering all motor vehicles, including hired and non-owned coverage, used in connection with the Agreement. Limits of coverage shall not be less than $500,000 combined single limit. If performance of this Agreement involves construction, or the transport of persons or hazardous materials, limits of coverage shall not be less than $1,000,000 combined single limit.

  • CASUALTY DAMAGE Tenant shall maintain sufficient insurance on the Building in its reasonable discretion for casualty damage. If: (a) the Building shall be so damaged that substantial alteration or reconstruction of the Building shall, in Landlord’s opinion, be required (whether or not the Premises shall have been damaged by the casualty); or (b) the Premises shall be partially damaged by casualty during the last one year of the Lease Term, and the estimated cost of repair exceeds 25% of the Base Rent then remaining to be paid by Tenant for the balance of the Lease Term; Landlord may, within 90 days after the casualty, give notice to Tenant of Landlord’s election to terminate this Lease, and the balance of the Lease Term shall automatically expire on the fifth day after the notice is delivered. If Landlord does not elect to terminate this Lease, Landlord shall proceed with reasonable diligence to restore the Building and the Premises to substantially the same condition they were in immediately before the happening of the casualty. However, Landlord shall not be required to restore any unleased premises in the Building or any portion of Tenant’s property. Rent shall xxxxx in proportion to the portion of the Premises not useable by Tenant as a result of any casualty covered by insurance carried or required to be carried by Landlord under this Lease, as of the date on which the Premises becomes unusable. Landlord shall not otherwise be liable to Tenant for any delay in restoring the Premises or any inconvenience or annoyance to Tenant or injury to Tenant’s business resulting in any way from the damage or the repairs, Tenant’s sole remedy being the right to an abatement of Rent.
