Common use of Level Two - Superintendent of Schools Clause in Contracts

Level Two - Superintendent of Schools. 1. If the aggrieved teacher is not satisfied with the disposition of his grievance at level one, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after the grievance was delivered to the principal or immediate supervisor, the Association may submit the grievance to the Superintendent within five (5) school days of receipt.

Level Two - Superintendent of Schools. 1. If the aggrieved teacher grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of his decision concerning his/her grievance at level oneLevel One, or if no decision has been rendered he/she may, within five seven (57) school calendar days after the decision is rendered, refer such grievance was delivered in writing to the principal or immediate supervisor, the Association may submit the grievance to the Superintendent within five (5) school days of receiptSuperintendent.

Level Two - Superintendent of Schools. 1. If ) In the aggrieved teacher event that such employee is not satisfied with the disposition of his his/her grievance at level oneLevel One, or if in the event that no decision has been rendered within five one (51) school days after calendar week following the grievance was delivered to presentation of the principal or immediate supervisorgrievance, the Association employee may submit the advance his/her grievance to the Superintendent of Schools and the Association through its President. The Superintendent must receive the grievance in writing within five two (52) school days calendar weeks following the presentation of receiptthe grievance at Level One.
