Common use of Level Two - Superintendent of Schools Clause in Contracts

Level Two - Superintendent of Schools. a. In the event the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the written disposition of his grievance at Level One, he shall, within five (5) additional days, file the grievance with the Association.
