Common use of Level Two - Superintendent of Schools Clause in Contracts

Level Two - Superintendent of Schools. a. If an aggrieved person is not satisfied with the decision concerning his/her grievance at Level One, he/she may, within three (3) days after the decision is rendered or within eight (8) days after his/her formal presentation, file his/her grievance with the Superintendent.

Level Two - Superintendent of Schools. a. (a) If an the aggrieved person teacher is not satisfied with the decision concerning disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, he/she may, within three five (35) days after the decision is rendered or within eight (8) days after his/her formal presentationreceipt of the decision, file his/her written grievance with the SuperintendentSuperintendent of Schools.

Level Two - Superintendent of Schools. a. A. If an aggrieved person is not satisfied with the decision concerning his/her the alleged grievance at Level One, he/she they may, within three seven (37) days after the decision is rendered rendered, or within eight fourteen (8) 14) days after his/her their formal presentation, file his/her the alleged grievance with the Superintendent.

If an the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the decision concerning disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, or if no decision at Level One is rendered within five (5) days of the institution of Level One procedures, he/she may, may appeal to the Superintendent of Schools within three five (35) days after the decision is rendered at Level One or within eight ten (8) 10) days after his/her formal presentationthe initiation of the Level One procedures, file his/her grievance with the Superintendentwhichever is sooner.
