Common use of Level IV - Board of Education Clause in Contracts

Level IV - Board of Education. (1) If the grievant and the Association Committee are not satisfied with the decision at Level m, the grievant and the Association Committee will file an appeal in writing with the Board within five (5) school days after receiving the decision at Level HI. The written grievance and the written decisions at Levels H and III shall be available for use of the Board and the grievant or the Association Committee.

Level IV - Board of Education. (1) If the grievant and the Association Committee are not satisfied with the decision at Level mIII, the grievant and the Association Committee will file an appeal in writing with the Board within five (5) school days after receiving the decision at Level HIIII. The written grievance and the written decisions at Levels H II and III shall be available for use of the Board and the grievant or the Association Committee.
