LESSOR'S EXPENSE. Lessee shall pay Lessor all costs and expenses including reasonable attorney's fees and the fees of the collection agencies, incurred by Lessor in enforcing any of the terms, conditions or provisions hereof.
LESSOR'S EXPENSE. Lessee shall pay Lessor on demand all costs and expenses in protecting and enforcing Lessor's rights and interests in each Lease and the Equipment, including, without limitation, legal, collection and remarketing fees and expenses incurred by Lessor in enforcing the terms, conditions or provisions of each Lease or, upon the occurrence and continuation of an Event of Default.
LESSOR'S EXPENSE. Lessee shall pay Lessor on demand all costs and expenses (including legal fees and expenses) incurred in connection with the preparation, execution and delivery of this Agreement and any other agreements and transactions contemplated hereby, which expenses shall not exceed $2,500 without the written consent of Lessee and all costs and expenses in protecting and enforcing Lessor's rights and interests in each Lease and the equipment, including, without limitation, legal, collection, and remarketing fees and expenses incurred by Lessor in enforcing the terms, conditions, or provisions of each Lease or upon the occurrence and continuation of an Event of Default.
LESSOR'S EXPENSE. Lessee shall pay Lessor all costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees and the fees of collection agencies, incurred by Lessor in enforcing any of the terms, conditions, or provisions hereof or in protecting Lessor's rights herein. Lessee's obligation hereunder includes all such costs and expenses expended by Lessor (a) prior to filing of an action, (b) in connection with an action which is dismissed, and (c) in the enforcement of any judgment. Lessee's obligation to pay Lessor's attorneys' fees incurred in enforcing any judgment is a separate obligation of Lessee, severable from Lessee's other obligations hereunder, which obligation will survive such judgment and will not be deemed to have been merged into such judgment.
LESSOR'S EXPENSE. Lessee shall pay Lessors on demand all out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred (a) in the preparation, negotiation and execution of the Lease, the Sale and Leaseback Agreement and the TIC Agreement (and any ancillary documentation related thereto), including legal, appraisal and filing fees; (b) in the course of traveling to and inspecting the Collateral; (c) in connection with protecting and enforcing Lessors’ rights and interests in the Lease and the Collateral, including, legal, collection, and remarketing fees; and (d) by Lessors in enforcing the terms, conditions, or provisions of the Lease, the Sale and Leaseback Agreement or the TIC Agreement or upon the occurrence and continuation of an Event of Default.

Lessee shall pay Lessor on demand all costs and expenses (including legal fees and expenses) incurred in connection with the preparation, execution and delivery of this Agreement and any other agreements and transactions contemplated hereby and all costs and expenses in protecting and enforcing Lessor's rights and interests in each Lease and the equipment, including, without limitation, reasonable legal, collection, and remarketing fees and expenses incured by Lessor in enforcing the terms, conditions, or provisions of each Lease or upon the occurrence and continuation of an Event of Default.
LESSOR'S EXPENSE. Lessee shall pay Lessor on demand all costs and expenses (including legal fees and expenses) incurred in connection with the preparation, execution and delivery of this Agreement and other agreement and transaction contemplated hereby and all costs and expenses in protecting and enforcing Lessor's rights and interests in each Lease and the Equipment, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and collection, reasonable remarketing fees and expenses incurred by Lessor in enforcing the terms, conditions, or provisions of each Lease or upon the occurrence and continuation of an Event of Default. Legal expenses shall not exceed $10,000 without the prior written consent of Lessee.
LESSOR'S EXPENSE. In the event Lessee shall assign or sublet the Premises or request the consent of Lessor to any assignment or subletting or if Lessee shall request the consent of Lessor for any act Lessee proposes to do then Lessee shall pay Lessor’s reasonable costs and expenses incurred in connection therewith, including attorneys, architects, engineers, or other consultants fees.
LESSOR'S EXPENSE. Lessee shall pay all reasonable costs and expenses of Lessor, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' and other professional fees, the fees of any collection agencies and appraisers and all other costs and expenses related to any sale or re-lease of the Equipment (including storage costs), incurred by

Lessee shall pay Lessor all reasonable costs and expenses including reasonable attorney's fees and the fees of collection agencies, incurred by Lessor (a) in enforcing any of the terms, conditions or provisions hereof any related to the exercise of its remedies, and (b) in connection with any bankruptcy or post-judgment proceeding, whether or not suit is filed and, in each and every action, suit or proceeding, including any and all appeals and petitions therefrom.
