USE OF NASA NAME AND NASA EMBLEMS A. NASA Name and Initials Partner shall not use "National Aeronautics and Space Administration" or "NASA" in a way that creates the impression that a product or service has the authorization, support, sponsorship, or endorsement of NASA, which does not, in fact, exist. Except for releases under the "Release of General Information to the Public and Media" Article, Partner must submit any proposed public use of the NASA name or initials (including press releases and all promotional and advertising use) to the NASA Associate Administrator for the Office of Communications or designee ("NASA Communications") for review and approval. Approval by NASA Office of Communications shall be based on applicable law and policy governing the use of the NASA name and initials.
GENERAL PURPOSE 1.01 The purpose of this Agreement is to establish an orderly collective bargaining relationship between the Employer and the employees concerned, to provide for the prompt disposition of grievances and to establish and maintain satisfactory working conditions, hours of work and wages for all employees within the bargaining unit.
Commercial Purposes Borrower intends to use the Loan proceeds solely for business or commercial related purposes.
Commercial Purpose Borrower represents that Borrower is incurring the Indebtedness solely for the purpose of carrying on a business or commercial enterprise, and not for personal, family, household, or agricultural purposes.
Name and Likeness You also consent to Licensee’s use of your name, nickname, image, voice, caricature, endorsement, signature, initials, reputation, autograph, biographical data and/or likeness in connection with the exploitation, exhibition, distribution, advertising, publicity and promotion of the Materials in all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe, perpetually and without restriction. If expressly indicated on Exhibit A, Licensee shall use reasonable efforts to accord appropriate credit to you wherever possible in connection with the use of the Materials, provided, however, that no failure to accord such credit will constitute a breach of this Agreement.
Continuance of Agreement for Certain Purposes If any Party terminates this Agreement with respect to any Fund pursuant to Sections 6.1(b), 6.1(c), 6.1(d), 6.1(f), 6.1(g), 6.1(h) or 6.1(i) hereof, this Agreement shall nevertheless continue in effect as to any Shares of that Fund that are outstanding as of the date of such termination (the "Initial Termination Date"). This continuation shall extend to the earlier of the date as of which an Account owns no Shares of the affected Fund or a date (the "Final Termination Date") six (6) months following the Initial Termination Date, except that LIFE COMPANY may, by written notice shorten said six (6) month period in the case of a termination pursuant to Sections 6.1(d), 6.1(f), 6.1(g), 6.1(h) or 6.1(i).

Promotion and Protection of Investment (1) Each Contracting Party shall encourage and create favourable conditions for investors of the other Contracting Party to make investments in its territory, and admit such investments in accordance with its laws and policy.
Formation and Purpose Promptly following the Effective Date, the Parties shall confer and then create the Committees listed in the chart below, each of which shall have the purpose indicated in the chart. To the extent that after conferring both Parties agree that a given Committee need not be created until a later date, the Parties may agree to defer the creation of the Committee until one Party informs the other Party of its then desire to create the so-deferred Committee, at which point the Parties will thereafter promptly create the so-deferred Committee and schedule a meeting of such Committee within one (1) month. Committee Purpose Joint Steering Committee (“JSC”) Establish projects for the Anti-Infectives Program and establish the priorities, as well as approve budgets for such projects. Approve all subcommittee projects and plans. The JSC shall establish budgets not less than on a quarterly basis. Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls Committee (“CMCC”) Establish project plans and review and approve activities and budgets for chemistry, manufacturing, and controls under the Anti-Infectives Program. Commercialization Committee (“CC”) Establish project plans and review and approve activities and budgets for commercialization activities under the Anti-Infectives Program. Intellectual Property Committee (“IPC”) Evaluate intellectual property issues in connection with the Anti-Infectives Program; review and approve itemized budgets with respect to the foregoing.
Background and Purpose Executive was employed by the Company. Executive's employment is ending effective ____________ under the conditions described in Section 3.1 of the Executive Severance Agreement ("Agreement") by and between Executive and the Company dated ____________, 2012.
