Legal Commitments -- Military Physical Examinations. A full-time employee may be excused from duty during school hours when required to report for a pre- induction physical examination or physical examination by military order for entrance into the Armed Forces or Coast Guard of the United States. Such absence from duty will be without loss of pay.
