LEGAL ADDRESSES. The legal address and notification address of the Bank is the commercial domicile registered with the authorized Trade Registry. The Customer is obliged to follow the commercial domicile and changes therein through the authorized Trade Registry, and shall serve any notice and communication to the Bank at its commercial domicile at such date. The Customer, Supplementary Card Holder and Guarantor agree and undertake that the addresses specified in the application form and in this agreement are their addresses for the service of notices by the Bank, and unless they notify any change of address in writing or via a notary public in 15 (fifteen) days, any notice to their previous address shall be deemed duly served, and it shall be sufficient if any notice relating to this agreement and the credit cards is sent to any one of them, and any such notice shall be binding on all of them. The Customer, Supplementary Card Holder and Guarantor agree and undertake that they shall not specify an address outside Turkey, and even if they specify an address abroad, any notice sent to the last address they have specified in Turkey shall be valid.

  • Forwarding Address Prior to vacating the PREMISES, RESIDENT must provide MANAGEMENT with written notice of the designated RESIDENT’S forwarding address.
