Leave of Absence Affecting Employment. (1) The service of an employee who is on maternity leave of absence shall be considered continuous for the purposes of seniority accumulation and of any pension, medical or other plan beneficial to the employee, and the Employer shall continue to make payment to the plan in the same manner as if the employee were not absent.
