Leave for Medical and Dental Appointments. A permanent or probationary member who is compelled to arrange a medical or dental appointment during working hours shall be allowed to meet such appointment on City time and without loss of pay, provided that the member is not absent from work for a period longer than three (3) hours. Such member shall not be obliged to make up the time spent away from work to keep the appointment.
