Layoff by Seniority/Service. Employees within effected job titles shall be laid off according to their relative seniority, i.e. their continuous uninterrupted service (within the bargaining unit) with the least senior being laid off first, provided that all students, temporary, part-time, seasonal and probationary employees within the effected job title(s), within the bargaining unit, are laid off first in the above respective order.
Layoff by Seniority/Service. Employees within effected job titles shall be laid off 19 according to their relative seniority, i.e. their continuous uninterrupted service as a full-time 20 employee in the Medina County Sheriff’s Office with the least senior being laid off first, 21 provided that all students, temporary, part-time, seasonal and probationary employees within the 22 effected job title(s), within the bargaining unit, are laid off first in the above respective order. 23

Layoff by Seniority/Service. Employees within effected job titles (Corrections 38 Officer, Corrections Officer Sergeant) shall be laid off according to their relative seniority, i.e. 39 their continuous uninterrupted service as a full-time employee in the Xxxxxx County Sheriff’s 40 Office with the least senior being laid off first, provided that all students, temporary, part-time, 41 seasonal and probationary employees within the effected job title(s), within the bargaining unit, 42 are laid off first in the above respective order. Corrections Officer Sergeants may bump a 43 Corrections Officer with less seniority if there are no available Sergeant positions. 44
