Lack of Transferability. The Framework Contract may not be subject to a total or partial transfer by the User in return for payment or free of charge. Thus, they are prohibited from transferring to any third party whatsoever the rights or obligations that it holds hereunder. In the event of breach of this prohibition, in addition to the immediate termination hereof, they may be held responsible by the Issuer.

  • Exchange and Registration of Transfer (a) Warrant Certificates may be exchanged for other Warrant Certificates representing an equal aggregate number of Warrants of the same class or may be transferred in whole or in part.
