Konnektive’s Use of Subscriber Data. Konnektive is provided a limited license to Subscriber Data for the sole and exclusive purpose of providing the Konnektive Offerings, including a license to collect, process, store, generate, and display Subscriber Data only to the extent necessary in providing the Konnektive Offerings. Konnektive shall: (a) keep and maintain Subscriber Data in strict confidence, using such degree of care as is appropriate and consistent with its obligations as further described in this Agreement and applicable law to avoid unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or loss; (b) use and disclose Subscriber Data solely and exclusively for the purpose of providing the Konnektive Offerings, such use and disclosure being in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law; and, (c) not use, sell, rent, transfer, distribute, or otherwise disclose or make available Subscriber Data for Konnektive’s own purposes or for the benefit of anyone other than Subscriber without Subscriber’s prior written consent.

  • Use of sub-processors (a) The data importer has the data exporter’s general authorisation for the engagement of sub-processor(s) from an agreed list. The data importer shall specifically inform the data exporter in writing of any intended changes to that list through the addition or replacement of sub-processors at least thirty (30) days in advance, thereby giving the data exporter sufficient time to be able to object to such changes prior to the engagement of the sub-processor(s). The data importer shall provide the data exporter with the information necessary to enable the data exporter to exercise its right to object.

  • Subscriber Data Subscriber will timely supply Netgateway, in a form acceptable to Netgateway, with all data necessary for Netgateway to perform the ongoing services to be provided hereunder. It is the sole responsibility of Subscriber to insure the completeness and accuracy of such data.

  • Customer Content As part of the Services provided under this Agreement, Customer Data will be stored and processed in the data center region specified in the applicable Ordering Document.   • Court Ordered Requests for Call Detail Records and Other Subscriber Information 7.1 To the extent technically feasible, BellSouth maintains call detail records for Mpower end users for limited time periods and can respond to subpoenas and court ordered requests for this information. BellSouth shall maintain such information for Mpower end users for the same length of time it maintains such information for its own end users.

  • Subscriber Network The trunk and feeder signal distribution network over which video, audio, text and data signals are transmitted to Subscribers.
