In addition to Clause 17.5, iRobot hereby grants to Kin Yat a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable and royalty-free right and license to use iRobot Intellectual Property, Proprietary Information and Technology and specifications solely for the purpose of performing its obligations under this Agreement, including manufacturing Products pursuant to this Agreement and supplying such Products only to iRobot. Such limited right and license shall extend to no other materials or for any other purpose and shall terminate automatically upon expiration or termination of the relevant Purchase Order or this Agreement for any reason. 18Manufacturing Services for Competitive Products.
