Authorized Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 2(c)
Authorized Marks means the Sprint Primary Marks, the Licensed Services Trademarks, the Possible Future Services Trademarks and the Products Trademarks, except Authorized Marks does not include any trademark that if used in the Territory (x) would infringe on a trademark held in Canada by a third party or (y) violates a statute, rule, regulation or law of Canada, or (z) is known by Call-Net or its Affiliates to not be available for use in Canada for any reason. Authorized Marks. Name, trade name, and all registered or unregistered service marks of identified owner, eMONĒco™, mobile monē™ (including its Processor), MasterCard®, Discover®, Visa®, eMONĒco REFERRED SPONSOR, REP, or SPONSOR.

  • Each card member must comply in all respects with (i) the rules, regulations, and other directives associated with the MasterCard Marks as may be amended from time to time, including, but not limited to, the MasterCard Bylaws and Rules manual, the MasterCard/Cirrus ATM Participation Rules and the Cirrus Worldwide Operating Rules and (ii) the rules and regulations adopted in connection with the Authorized Marks as such term is defined in Article I, Section 3(b).

  • Other words may be used in conjunction with the Authorized Marks in the page title/title tag so long as such words do not violate any other provision of this Internet Sales Policy.

  • The Authorized Marks must always be displayed in a way that distinguishes them from other surrounding words, e.g., by appearing in initial caps or full caps, such as UNDER ARMOUR or Under Armour and used in conjunction with the ® or ™ designation as directed by Under Armour.

  • A card member’s license authorizing it to use one or more Authorized Marks shall terminate in the event the member fails to actively participate in card activities using such Authorized Mark.

  • Exception: Trademarks authorized by Warn for online use by Reseller (the "Authorized Marks") may appear in the text to the right of the ".com/" extension.

  • The Authorized Marks must always be followed by the generic word for the product, such as “Under Armour® products” or “ColdGear mock.” They must never be used in the possessive or in the plural.

  • Magento grants no rights in the Magento Marks other than those expressly granted for the Authorized Marks in this paragraph.


More Definitions of Authorized Marks

Authorized Marks means, collectively, the Primary Brand Marks and the Private Label Marks and any related Trade Dress, in each case as owned by Licensor as of the Effective Date.
Authorized Marks name, trade name, and all registered or unregistered service marks of identified owner, JBD, MOBILE MONE (including its Processor), MasterCard, Discover, Visa, JBD REFERRED SPONSOR, REP, or SPONSOR.
Authorized Marks means trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, trade-dress and other source identifying indicia, including, without limitation, Authorized Designs, that VMU authorizes Sprint to use or display pursuant to this Agreement.
Authorized Marks is defined in Section 10.2.

Related to Authorized Marks

  • Authorized User means one named employee, contractor or agent of Customer (each identified by a unique email address) for whom Customer has purchased a subscription to the Subscription Services and who is authorized by Customer to access and use the Services under the rights granted to Customer pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Authorized Users means employees or contractors of the Licensee who regularly work at Your Workplace who use the Software.

  • Proprietary Marks shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 24.01.

  • Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.

  • Authorized Driver means any of the following:

  • Insignia means Insignia Financial Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Product Marks shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.

  • Logo means the SAP Partner logo as detailed in the SAP Partner Logo Usage Guidelines.

  • Authorized Trader means any natural person associated with a Participant and, if applicable, a DMA Customer who (i) has TradingAccess to the SEF operated by BSEF using a Participant ID and (ii) is assigned a valid Trader ID.

  • Proprietary mark or “brand” means the mark or brand of a product which is owned by an industrial firm;

  • Product Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, accompanying logos, trade dress and indicia of origin used in connection with the distribution, marketing, Promotion and sale of each Licensed Product in the Territory. For purposes of clarity, the term Product Trademarks shall not include the corporate names and logos of either Party and shall include any internet domain names incorporating such Product Trademarks.

  • Printed Materials means all artwork and mechanicals set forth on the disc label of the PlayStation Disc relating to any of the Licensed Products and on or inside any Packaging for the Licensed Product, and all instructional manuals, liners, inserts, trade dress and other user information to be inserted into the Packaging.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Authorized pharmacist means an Iowa-licensed pharmacist whose license is in good standing and who meets the drug therapy management criteria defined in this rule.
