KIDS Maintenance. Ensure ongoing maintenance of KIDS. The Department acknowledges its responsibility to maintain KIDS in maximum functional status for the benefit of all CSA and State users. The Department agrees to take all necessary actions to assure the uninterrupted availability of KIDS during normal business hours.
