Common use of JOINT ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

JOINT ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE. 12.1 The parties to this Agreement shall establish a Joint Administrative Committee. This Committee shall be comprised of two (2) District representatives and two (2) Union representatives. Each representative shall designate an alternate who shall serve in his or her absence for any purpose contemplated by this Agreement.
