JOB POSTING AND PROMOTION. 46.01 Public Service Commission job competitions received by the Employer and all vacancies for permanent or contractual positions of greater than twelve (12) weeks duration, either inside or outside the bargaining unit for which employees are eligible to apply, shall be posted in accessible places in the Employer's premises for a period of not less than seven (7) calendar days.
