Issue RFP. This RFP is issued by the PSFA in accordance with the provisions of the New Mexico Procurement Code. Post Form 470: This RFP and all associated exhibits, attachments, appendixes, and amendments will be attached to Form 470 Number 220003787 which will be available in the E-rate Productivity Center (EPC) (xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxx.xxx/suite/). It is the Offeror’s responsibility to check EPC and the PSFA websites prior to the submittal deadline to ensure the Offeror has the most up to date information on the proposal.

The digital version of the supplementary card (comprising of the digital card credentials), may be used by the supplementary cardmember to perform transactions on the relevant supplementary card. In such event, both basic and supplementary cardholder will be liable for the transactions performed using the digital version of the supplementary card in accordance with this clause.

  • Issue Date The provisions of this Warrant shall be construed and shall be given effect in all respect as if it had been issued and delivered by the Company on the date hereof.

  • Creation and Issue of Warrants A maximum of 5,598,775 Warrants (subject to adjustment as herein provided) are hereby created and authorized to be issued in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof. By written order of the Corporation, the Warrant Agent shall deliver Warrants to Registered Warrantholders and record the name of the Registered Warrantholders on the Warrant register. Registration of interests in Warrants held by the Depository may be evidenced by a position appearing on the register for Warrants of the Warrant Agent for an amount representing the aggregate number of such Warrants outstanding from time to time.

  • CANCELLATION OF NOTES, COUPONS AND TALONS 11.1 All Notes which are redeemed, all Global Notes which are exchanged in full, all Coupons which are paid and all Talons which are exchanged shall be cancelled by the Paying Agent by which they are redeemed, exchanged or paid. In addition, the Issuer shall immediately notify the Agent in writing of all Notes which are purchased on behalf of the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries and all such Notes surrendered to a Paying Agent for cancellation, together (in the case of Definitive Notes) with all unmatured Coupons or Talons (if any) attached to them or surrendered with them, shall be cancelled by the Paying Agent to which they are surrendered. Each of the Paying Agents shall give to the Agent details of all payments made by it and shall deliver all cancelled Notes, Coupons and Talons to the Agent or as the Agent may specify.
