Investment Knowledge and Experience. The Executive has sufficient knowledge and experience in financial, business and tax matters to be capable of evaluating the risks and merits inherent in an investment in and/or employment with the Company and of making informed decisions with respect thereto.
Investment Knowledge and Experience. Purchaser (i) has had access to such information, if any, concerning Seller as it has considered necessary in connection with its investment decision to invest in the Shares, (ii) has such knowledge and experience in financial and business matters as to be capable of evaluating the merits and risks of its investment in the Shares and is able to bear the economic risks of such investment and (iii) is an Institutional Accredited Investor.

Investment Knowledge and Experience. It has generally such knowledge and experience in business and financial matters and with respect to investments in securities as to enable it to understand and evaluate the risks of such investment and to form an investment decision with respect thereto.

  • Knowledge and Experience The Investor has such knowledge and experience in financial, tax and business matters, including substantial experience in evaluating and investing in common stock and other securities (including the common stock and other securities of speculative companies), so as to enable the Investor to utilize the information referred to in Section 4.7 hereof and any other information made available by the Issuer to the Investor in order to evaluate the merits and risks of an investment in the Shares and to make an informed investment decision with respect thereto.

  • Investment Experience Holder understands that the purchase of this Warrant and its underlying securities involves substantial risk. Holder has experience as an investor in securities of companies in the development stage and acknowledges that Holder can bear the economic risk of such Holder’s investment in this Warrant and its underlying securities and has such knowledge and experience in financial or business matters that Holder is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of its investment in this Warrant and its underlying securities and/or has a preexisting personal or business relationship with the Company and certain of its officers, directors or controlling persons of a nature and duration that enables Holder to be aware of the character, business acumen and financial circumstances of such persons.

Use the format provided by the CAM. • Prepare a Technology/Knowledge Transfer Plan that includes: o An explanation of how the knowledge gained from the project will be made available to the public, including the targeted market sector and potential outreach to end users, utilities, regulatory agencies, and others.

  • Qualifications and experience (List the required education, work experience, expertise and competencies of the individual contractor. The listed education and experience should correspond with the level at which the contract is offered.)
