Investigation of Facts. Each party acknowledges, represents, and warrants as of the date of its execution of this Agreement that it has made such investigation of the facts pertaining to this Agreement as it deems necessary.

Investigation of Facts. Each Party hereto has investigated the facts pertaining to the settlement and the Settlement Agreement and all matters pertaining thereto as deemed necessary by each. Each Party hereto fully assumes the risk that the investigation they have conducted, if any, relating to all matters herein may be inadequate in that the facts with respect to which this Settlement Agreement is executed may hereafter be found to be different from the facts which such Party now believes to be true. Each Party assumes the risk of such possible differences of facts and hereby agrees that this Settlement Agreement shall remain in effect notwithstanding such difference of fact.
Investigation of Facts. The Clearing Agent will not be bound to make any investigation into the facts surrounding any transaction that it may have with the Introducing Firm on a principal or agency basis or that the Introducing Firm may have with its Introduced Accounts or other persons. The Clearing Agent will not be under any responsibility for compliance by the Introducing Firm with any laws or regulations which may be applicable to the Introducing Firm.

  • Investigations and Remediations Lessor shall retain the responsibility and pay for any investigations or remediation measures required by governmental entities having jurisdiction with respect to the existence of Hazardous Substances on the Premises prior to the Start Date, unless such remediation measure is required as a result of Lessee's use (including "Alterations", as defined in Paragraph 7.3(a) below) of the Premises, in which event Lessee shall be responsible for such payment.
