The Agency and the Association will schedule a meeting for nurse managers, directors, and chief nursing officers who are new to their leadership role to meet with the Association and Human Resources Director within 90 days of hire. The Association and Agency will agree to the content of such meeting within 60 days of ratification and annually thereafter.
