Interview of New Nurse. (s) The time and place of the interview referred to in Article 5.06, shall be scheduled on Hospital premises and at a time mutually agreed by the Association and the Hospital. The Hospital will advise the Bargaining Unit President or designate of all nurse(s) to be interviewed prior to the interview.
