International Toll Free Service (ITFS). Subject to the local PTT or other public or private agency assigning Company an international toll-free number, Teleglobe will connect facilities to route domestic and international telecommunications traffic (DDDD\IDDD type), and will provision to provide service from various domestic and international origination points of the world as specified in this Annex. The international ITFS service will be a direct dial toll-free service originating from points beyond United Kingdom.

International Toll Free Service (ITFS). ITFS is an extension or feature of WilTel’s existing domestic Switched Toll Free Service or Dedicated Toll Free Service. When ordering ITFS Customer must be on existing WilTel Switched Toll Free Service and/or Dedicated Toll Free Service Customer, as international originated calls will terminate to these existing Voice Service lines. ITFS is subject to availability and limitations invoked by some foreign Access- Egress Switched Voice Services — Schedule 7A administrations as set forth in Section 2.5(b) below. Installation intervals vary by country and shall be determined on an individual case basis. For each ITFS number, the Customer will be assessed a non-recurring set-up fee to activate the ITFS and a per minute usage charge per country.

  • ADMINISTRATION SERVICES The Administrator shall provide the following services, in each case, subject to the control, supervision and direction of the Fund and the review and comment by the Fund's auditors and legal counsel and in accordance with procedures which may be established from time to time between the Fund and the Administrator:

  • Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company. Should the Company consent to the use by Consultant of the services of any other person, entity, or organization, no information regarding the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be disclosed to that person, entity, or organization until such person, entity, or organization has executed an agreement to protect the confidentiality of the Company’s Confidential Information (as defined in Article 5) and the Company’s absolute and complete ownership of all right, title, and interest in the work performed under this Agreement.

  • Stock Plan Administration Service Provider The Company transfers the Participant's Personal Information to Fidelity Stock Plan Services LLC, an independent service provider based in the United States, which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan (the “Stock Plan Administrator”). In the future, the Company may select a different Stock Plan Administrator and share the Participant's Personal Information with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Stock Plan Administrator will open an account for the Participant to receive and trade Shares acquired under the Plan. The Participant will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the Stock Plan Administrator, which is a condition to the Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan.   • SPECIAL SERVICES Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.

  • Support Services Other than the assistance provided in the Information, the BNPP Entities do not offer any support services in connection with the Software.

  • Financial Services Provides treasury, accounting, tax, financial planning, rate and auditing services services. Costs of a general nature are allocated using the Three-Factor Formula.

  • Hosting Services GSI shall load the Web site onto server(s) that are connected to the Internet and readily accessible via the Web through use of the Domain Names. GSI shall ensure that the Web site is functional and ready to process transactions in a reasonably efficient manner.

  • Xxxxxxxx Tobacco Co the jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff, found the plaintiff to be 30% at fault and RJR Tobacco to be 70% at fault, and awarded $9 million in compensatory damages and $1 million in punitive damages.   • Optional Services To the extent that the Fund elects to engage the Transfer Agent to provide the services listed below the Fund shall engage the Transfer Agent to provide such services upon terms and fees to be agreed upon by the parties:

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.
