Integral Agreement. This Agreement is comprised of (i) Part A (General Terms), (ii) Part B (Ways of Working), (iii) Part C (Definitions) and (vi) Part D (Additional Services), each of which is an integral part of this Agreement and which, taken together, and subject to the provisions of Clause 22.4, form the entirety of this Agreement.

Integral Agreement. This Agreement establishes the understanding and agreement between you and us about the subject discussed herein, and to replace all and any previous discussion, agreements, and understandings of any kind (including without limitation, any previous version of this Agreement), and every nature between you and us.
Integral Agreement. This Agreement, together with its Attachment One, and the subsequent attachments duly signed by the Parties that may be agreed upon, constitutes the total agreement between the Parties with respect to the matters included herein, and cancels all previous agreements, negotiations, and documents between the Parties in relation to the subject matter of this agreement.

Integral Agreement. All parties hereto have reached full agreement and understanding concerning this merger. This Agreement replaces all the previous agreements and understanding reached on subject issues of this Agreement, such previous agreements and understanding shall no longer have any effects; at the signature of this Agreement, neither party relies on any representations, guarantees or commitments specified or mentioned other than in this Agreement.
Integral Agreement. Both parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the present Contracts and Attachments to the same. For all unforeseen issues in this Contract, the parties will abide by the stipulations of AVANTEL's rate and Commercial Practices Code in effect.
