Initiating Grievance Procedure. (a) In the event that the dispute is not informally resolved in accordance with Article 10.03 above, the aggrieved party may only initiate a grievance within sixty (60) calendar days of the date on which that party becomes aware, or ought reasonably to have become aware, of the act or omission giving rise to the dispute.
