The Grievance Procedure definition

The Grievance Procedure attached hereto as Annexure D shall apply to the Executive. This procedure sets out guidelines rather than binding contractual obligations. In the event of a grievance arising, the Executive shall be entitled to approach the Board to deal with the issue.

Examples of The Grievance Procedure in a sentence

  • The Grievance Procedure set out in this Article shall be exclusive and shall replace any other grievance procedure for adjustment of any disputes arising from the alleged violation of this Agreement.
