Initial charges on an hourly basis Depending on the type of advice you ask to provide, we may charge you on an hourly rate: In the case of a Partner, Associate or Manager, an hourly rate of: £198 In the case of a Senior Executive, an hourly rate of: £120 In all other cases, an hourly rate of: £90 We’ll provide you with an estimate of how much in total we plan to charge. You may ask us not to exceed a given amount without checking with you first. We’ll record the amount of time spent on your affairs in order to substantiate the fee we’ll charge.   • Service Fees and Additional Charges Any applicable fees will be charged regardless of whether the Service was used during the billing cycle. There may be a charge for additional transactions and other optional services. You agree to pay such charges and authorize the Service to deduct the calculated amount from your designated Billing Account for these amounts and any additional charges that may be incurred by you. Any financial fees associated with your standard deposit accounts will continue to apply. You are responsible for any and all telephone access fees and/or Internet service fees that may be assessed by your telephone and/or Internet service provider.

  • Reimbursement of Travel Expenses If the Servicer provides access to the Review Materials at one of its properties, the Issuer will reimburse the Asset Representations Reviewer for its reasonable travel expenses incurred in connection with the Review on receipt of a detailed invoice.

  • Parking Fees The University will allow faculty who complete the necessary forms to receive one (1) parking decal at no cost, and have the cost of additional parking decal fees deducted from their payroll check on a pre-tax basis.

  • PAYMENT OF WAGES AND ALLOWANCES 19.01 Pay Days

  • Limit on Operating Expenses The Advisor hereby agrees to limit the Fund’s current Operating Expenses to an annual rate, expressed as a percentage of the Fund’s average daily net assets for the month, to the amounts listed in Appendix A (the “Annual Limit”). In the event that the current Operating Expenses of the Fund, as accrued each month, exceed its Annual Limit, the Advisor will pay to the Fund, on a monthly basis, the excess expense within the first ten days of the month following the month in which such Operating Expenses were incurred (each payment, a “Fund Reimbursement Payment”).

  • Training Costs All costs and expenses incurred by the Contractor in training as is required under Article 22 of the Contract.

  • Travel Expenses CONTRACTOR shall not be allowed or paid travel expenses unless set forth in this Agreement.

  • FUNERAL EXPENSES The City shall expend a sum not to exceed $30,000 for funeral expenses to the heirs of any employee covered by this MOU who dies while on active duty from injuries incurred while performing his/her job or who dies as a direct cause of such injuries. This amount includes the amount already available for this purpose in accordance with California State Labor Code Section 4701.

  • Transfer Expenses A transferred employee is expected to make arrangements to move expeditiously but this should not exceed a period of one year from date of transfer, except where there is a specific agreement between the employee and local management for an extension. The employee must provide in writing his/her intention to move to the supervisor, prior to receiving payment for any applicable living expenses. Reimbursement for actual costs incurred in the move will be allowed as follows: • All employees who are eligible for moving expenses shall be afforded 12 weeks from the date the employee reports to work in the new location (i.e., date of transfer) to decide whether or not they wish to move. Payment of the following expenses is predicated on the employee maintaining his/her previous principal residence:

  • Operating Costs Tenant shall pay to Landlord the Tenant’s Percentage of Operating Costs (as hereinafter defined) incurred by Landlord in any calendar year. Tenant shall remit to Landlord, on the first day of each calendar month, estimated payments on account of Operating Costs, such monthly amounts to be sufficient to provide Landlord, by the end of the calendar year, a sum equal to the Operating Costs, as reasonably estimated by Landlord from time to time. The initial monthly estimated payments shall be in an amount equal to 1/12th of the Initial Estimate of Tenant’s Percentage of Operating Costs for the Calendar Year. If, at the expiration of the year in respect of which monthly installments of Operating Costs shall have been made as aforesaid, the total of such monthly remittances is greater than the actual Operating Costs for such year, Landlord shall promptly pay to Tenant, or credit against the next accruing payments to be made by Tenant pursuant to this subsection 4.2.3, the difference; if the total of such remittances is less than the Operating Costs for such year, Tenant shall pay the difference to Landlord within twenty (20) days from the date Landlord shall furnish to Tenant an itemized statement of the Operating Costs, prepared, allocated and computed in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Any reimbursement for Operating Costs due and payable by Tenant with respect to periods of less than twelve (12) months shall be equitably prorated.
