Given Amount means, for any Floating Rate to be determined in accordance with a Rate Determination on the Screen Page on an Interest Determination Date, the amount indicated as such on this ate in the relevant Final Terms concerned or, if no amount is indicated, an amount corresponding, on this date, to the trading on the relevant market.

  • Total Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the aggregate of the Interest Remittance Amounts for such date; (ii) the aggregate of the Principal Remittance Amounts for such date; and (iii) all Prepayment Premiums collected during the related Prepayment Period.

In the event the REIT Shares Amount includes rights that a holder of REIT Shares would be entitled to receive, then the value of such rights shall be determined by the General Partner acting in good faith on the basis of such quotations and other information as it considers, in its reasonable judgment, appropriate.

  • Auction Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Dutch Auction”.

  • M2 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and as long as a Trigger Event is not in effect with respect to such Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate Class Principal Amount of the Class A and Class M1 Certificates, in each case after giving effect to distributions on such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class Principal Amount of the Class M2 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date exceeds (y) the M2 Target Amount.
