Information and Services from Others. A2.1 The CONTRACTING AGENCY may, at its election or in response to a request from the CONTRACTOR, furnish information or services from other contractors. If, in the CONTRACTOR's opinion, such information or services is inadequate, the CONTRACTOR must notify the CONTRACTING AGENCY of the specific service or material deemed inadequate and the extent of the inadequacy prior to use in the performance of this Agreement. The CONTRACTING AGENCY will then evaluate and resolve the matter in writing. Unless so notified by the CONTRACTOR, the CONTRACTING AGENCY may assume the information or services provided are adequate.
