Informal Resolution Approach. The Employer encourages, whenever possible, an informal resolution approach between the Homecare Worker/Personal Support Worker (HCW/PSW) and local DHS/Area Agencies on Aging (AAA) or Area Agencies on Aging and Disabilities (AAAD) representative(s) over the application of the terms and conditions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement that are within their authority to administer.

  • Formal Resolution 1. Service Provider or TJJD staff who wish to submit problems for resolution may do so in writing, including all relevant information and a recommended resolution (Statement of Problem).

  • Informal Resolution of Disputes 10.5.1 Upon receipt by one Party of notice of a dispute by the other Party pursuant to Section 10.3 or Section 10.4.5, each Party will appoint a knowledgeable, responsible representative to meet and negotiate in good faith to resolve any dispute arising under this Agreement.
